Coordinate th[ acquisition of supplies, equipment and other necessary <br />resources (public and private) to react to and recover from the emergency situation. <br /> <br /> g. The Finance D~partment representatives compile and maintain <br />documentation of the purchase, acquisition, and utilization of emergency supplies, <br />equipment, and services. T~y will perform the financial analysis to develop the most <br />effective methods to provid~the resources to recover from the effects of the emergency. <br /> <br /> 4. Communications ~ection. The Sheriff Department Communications <br />Lieutenant, Information Tec .lnology Services support team (after initial activation of <br />network at EOC, on call at I'[S equipment room). The Communications Section provides <br />all communications support ~o the EOC through the Sheriffs Department <br />communications center. <br /> <br />IV. CONTINUITY OF GO~VEI~MENT <br /> <br /> A. Staffing assignments f~r positions in the Emergency Operations Center will allow for <br />continuous operations. Seleciion and assignment of personnel will be the responsibility of <br />the agencies represented. ~nce assigned to the EOC, the Emergency Management <br />Coordinator will supervise ttiese personnel. <br /> <br /> B. In the event that the l~rimary Emergency Operations Center is not'functional, the <br />Emergency Management C _~rdinator will activate an alternate Emergency Operations <br />Center and notify the Bo~d of Commissioners of this change.
