As necessary, he will <br />~ese personnel to and from the facility. <br /> <br /> a. Telephone se~ice in the County is provided by CT Communications. The <br />County Information TechnolOgy Services (ITS) Department coordinates telephone support <br />from CT Communications land will be the point of contact for system repairs and <br />modification. <br /> <br /> b. The Emergez cy Management Coordinator will provide ITS and CT <br />Communications a prioritie list of County leaders and departments that must have <br />telephone service during err ;rgencies. These users will receive priority for telephone <br />service and restoration if sen ce is disrupted. <br /> <br /> c. All county dep, :tments that issue cellular telephones will provide the name of <br />the users and their telephoto[ ~umbers to the Emergency Management Coordinator. All <br />county-issued telephones ar~subject to recall and issue to those personnel most in need of <br />this equipment during emergency situations. <br /> <br /> 2. Radio Systems ~ <br /> <br /> a. The County 8_[0 MHz radio system is designated the principal system to be <br />used for direction and co~itrol of emergency response activities. It provides voice <br />communications between all ~obile units, department heads or chiefs of emergency services <br />and the County Emergency ([ommunications Center. The principal operators are: <br /> <br />(1) Sheriff's ~ffice <br />(2) Municipa~Law Enforcement Agencies <br />(3) Emergen~ Management Coordinator <br /> 1 <br />(4) Fire ServiCes <br /> ! <br />(5) Emergene~ Medical Services <br /> <br />(6) Public W~ks <br /> <br />EOP/ANNEX B <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br />December 2002 <br /> <br /> <br />
