- Cabarrus County Sheriffnotifies Charlotte office of the FBI of the current <br />situation. <br /> - Inform the County Manager and Chairman of the Board of Commissioners <br />of the situation. Inform mayors/city managers as required. <br /> <br /> E. Severe Co~tdition (Red). Severe risk of a terrorist attack or an attack has <br />occured. The respons~ requires the immediate use of all local resources. Local response <br />to the incident will r~uire augmentation by state and federal resources. <br /> <br /> - Response agencies implement unified command structure. <br /> - Activate~the County Emergency Operations Center.
