Meeting Date 5/19/03 <br /> <br /> CABARRUS COUNTY <br />BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br />AGENDA ITEM REQUEST <br /> <br />Agenda Item # <br /> <br />SUBJECT: <br />Appointments - Criminal Justice Partnership Program Advisory Board <br /> <br />BRIEF SUMMARY: <br />The terms of appointment for Brad Riley (Sheriff), Merl Hamilton (Chief of Police), Dorsey <br />Ward (Mental Health), Dana Nance (Probation Office), Teresa Rettinger (Probation Officer) <br />and Toni Shope (Community Based Corrections) ended April 30. All are eligible for <br />reappointment except Ms. Shope who lives outside Cabarrus County. <br /> <br />REQUESTED ACTION: (Suggested motion if the Board approves the agenda item as presented) <br /> <br />(1) Reappoint Riley, Hamilton, Ward, Nance and Rettinger for 3-year terms ending 4/30/06 <br />with the Community Based Corrections position to remain open at this time.
