Powell, Chairperson <br />Cabarrus County Criminal Justice Partnership Program Advisory Board <br /> <br />May 5, 2003 <br /> <br />New Appointments and Re-appointments to the <br />Criminal Justice Partnership Program Advisory Board <br /> <br />The Advisory Board of the Cabarms County Criminal Justice Partnership Program request at the <br />May meeting of the Board of County Commissioners, please add to the agenda the re- <br />appointment of the following: <br /> <br />Brad Riley (County Sheriff) <br />Merl Hamilton (Chief of Police) <br />Dorsey Ward (Mental Health). <br />Dana Nance (Probation Officer) <br /> <br />Teresa Rettinger <br /> <br />(Probation Officer) <br /> <br />The Board, at this time, has no replacement for Toni Shope (Community Based Corrections). <br />Please leave that board seat vacant at the present time. <br /> <br />At the April 11, 2003, Advisory Board meeting, the board voted to recommend to the Cabarrus <br />County Commissioners, adding another at-large seat. The Advisory Board recommends that the <br />County Commissioners appoint Ms. Nicola Davis Bivens to the at-large seat. <br /> <br />dwh <br /> <br /> <br />
