These additional items are needed to complete the <br />project and ensure that the area will be able to function for any type of event that may be <br />scheduled, especially the fair. These changes include: increasing the size of water line <br />through the entire midway area; adding more paved area to balance the site and eliminate <br />an isolated landscaped area; add three additional service locations (midway food service <br />area); and to provide for the storage of the gray water generated from the lower end of the <br />midway. <br /> <br />Item #1- Midway & RV area waterline size increase <br />Cost- $23,614.75 <br />Explanation- Construction plans were incorrect. Contractor bid plans as written.
