The role of the NEW AUTHORITY, with respect to the Convention Center to be <br /> <br /> constructed on the property of CITY, shall be strictly hmited to: <br /> (1) The oversight and co-ord~nat~on of marketing efforts; <br /> (2) The giving of advice, counsel, and assistance; and <br /> (3) The co-ordination of the City's long-term maintenance responsibilities <br /> with expenditures for said maintenance responsiblhties to come from the <br /> escrow fund established herein. <br /> (4) The NEW AUTHORITY shall not be authorized nor shall this <br /> interlocal agreement be construed to authorize the NEW AUTHORITY to <br /> make any decision legally binding on CITY or COUNTY or to incur any <br /> debt on behalf of CITY or COUNTY. <br /> <br />e.
