Related and
supportive development around the Arena is also critical for the
continued gray-ch and utility of the Arena. With the widening alld
road improvements of NC 49 and the scheduled access changes to
the Arena (including restricting the NC 49 access to a right-in
only), it appears that two additional locations for access should
be incorporated into the current project to create the proper
access and related development around the Cabarrus Arena.
