That the developer enters into a consent agreement with the <br /> County to meet the Adequate Public Facilities Ordinance <br /> requirements for school facilities. <br />2. In accordance with the Cluster Development Standards, open <br /> space areas shall remain undisturbed except £or the installation <br /> of active recreation amenities, utility lines, and removal o£ <br /> under brush. Disturbance shall be approved by the Subdivision <br /> and/or Zoning Administrator. <br />3. Final driveway permit be obtair~ed from NCDOT and is subject <br /> to review of the traffic study for Watermark and may require <br /> additional off site road improvements. <br />4. To ensure utility service is provided, development shall comply <br /> with City o£ Concord street and utility design requirements. <br /> Should developer secure other means of providing utility <br /> service to the property than this requirement shall be waived. <br /> <br /> <br />
