The drive must align with the proposed Blmcrest Drive of Skybrook Snbdivisinn <br /> 2. Provide a lefi mm lane with 150' full width storage, 90' bay taper and 270' approach and departure <br /> tapers (given symmetrical widening)~ <br /> 3. Provide a 250' right turn / deceleration taper ~ the entrance to the subdivision. <br /> 4. Provide a right turn lane ® Bllanwood Road, SR 1461 with 150' full width storage and a 250' <br /> deceleration taper. <br /> 5. The pavement structure for the roadway widening shah be: 5.5" AC Base Course, Type B25.0B, <br /> 3.5" AC Binder Course, Type I19.0B & 1.5" AC Surface Course, Type S9.5B~ An overlay of the <br /> entire roadway section will be required from beg~nnqng of approach taper to end of departure ~aper, <br /> edge of pavement to edge of pavement. <br /> 6. A PE/PLS Certification Statement (copy attached) must be completed and must also accompany the <br /> driveway permit package. The document verifies right of way for the required roadway · <br /> improvements. . <br /> 7. A review by the City of Concord will be required with expected adherence to City street standards if <br /> the subdivision is to be annexed into the city Iimits of Concord or if the City will be providing utility <br /> service(s). <br /> 8. A performance bond will be required for the roadway improvements prior to the issuance of the <br /> driveway permit. ~ <br /> <br />As widening, of Harris Road is also a requirement oft. he Skybrook dev¢lo~ment, coordinating efforts would <br />be beneficial for both parties, l-Iowever, we ¢annol~ assume that the roadway improvements will be performed <br />simultaneously, therefore, the dimensions of the turn lanes have to be specified, for each development <br />independently. <br /> <br />If additional information is required, please advise.
