Help can only be provided for past due bills. Applicants must provide the following: <br />documentation: help with mortgage <br /> a) Notice the household is two payments behind for <br /> payments. <br /> b) Past due notice for rent for help with rent. <br /> c) Cutoff notice for electricity, water, or other essential utilities for help[ <br /> with payment. <br /> d) Notice reflecting car payments are 61 days overdue for help with car <br /> payments. <br /> e) Notice that insurance is past due and will be cancelled for help witl~ <br /> health or car insurance. <br /> <br />Pillowtex employees who are residents of Cabarms County who have been laid offmay <br />apply for Emergency Financial Assistance for Economic Disasters at the Service Cente~ <br />at Kimball Memorial Lutheran Church, I01 Vance Street in Kannapolis. The Service <br />Center is open 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday each week. Pillowtex <br />employees who live in other counties should contact human service agencies in the <br />counties where they live. <br /> ! <br />Other Cabarrus County residents who have experienced job losses due to layoffs durin~ <br />the period in which Emergency Financial Assistance for Economic Disasters is being <br />administered, may apply at the Depathnent of Social Services at 1303 S.
