CONTRACT <br /> <br />Cabarrus County <br />Concord, North Carolina <br /> <br />This contract is entered into this 20th day of October, 2003 between the City of Locust <br />and Cabarms County. <br /> <br />The City of Locust and Cabarms County, in consideration of the mutual covenants, <br />promises, and agreement herein contained, agree as follows: <br /> <br />Scope of Work: Cabarms County shall provide the Administration and Enforcement <br />of the Cabarms County Sedimentation and Erosion Control Ordinance for the City of <br />Locust. The City of Locust will agree to adopt The Cabarrus County Sedimentation and <br />Erosion Control Ordinance by resolution. <br /> <br />Contract Documents: The Contract Documents consists of this signal form and any <br />Exhibits incorporated herein. <br /> <br />Compensation and Method of Payment: Cabarms County shall provide all services <br />described in the Contract Documents, Cabarrus County shall receive all plan review and <br />permit fees associated with providing such services.
