15. <br /> <br />The Company shall not be liable to the Customer or any agents or <br />representatives of the Customer for any interruption of service or for <br />interference with the operation of the facilities arising in any manner out of <br />Customer's use of the Facilities hereunder. <br /> <br />16. <br /> <br />The Company reserves the right to inspect the Facilities and to make <br />periodic inspections of the Facilities. <br /> <br />17. <br /> <br />The Customer shall exercise special precautions to avoid damage to the <br />Facilities and hereby assumes all responsibility for any and all loss for <br />such damage caused by Customer's activities. Customer shall make an <br />immediate report to the Company of the occurrence of any damage and <br />hereby agrees to reimburse the Company for any and all expenses <br />incurred in making repairs. <br /> <br />18. <br /> <br />The Customer shall indemnify, defend and save harmless the Company <br />from and against any and all liabilities, claims, demands, loss, costs and <br />expense because of damages to property, injury or death to persons, any <br />and all such damages, which may arise out of or be caused by the <br />installation, furnishing or maintenance of the Facilities by the Company. <br /> <br />19. <br /> <br />The discount percentages shown on Exhibit B of this agreement shall be <br />applied to the current tariffed rates, ~vhich may change periodically as <br />approved by regulatory authorities. <br /> <br />20. <br /> <br />The customer shall maintain a minimum of twelve (12) private~--b;¢~n8h <br />exchange facilities throughout the term of this agreement. <br /> <br /> IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have caused these presents to be duly <br />executed the day and year first above written. <br /> <br />CUSTOMER: <br /> <br />By: <br />Title: <br /> <br />THE CONCORD TELEPHONE COMPANY <br /> <br />By: <br />Title: Strate.qic Sales Support Representative <br /> <br /> <br />
