Amended plat showing NCDOT and rear setback <br /> revisions. <br /> <br />Planning and Zoning Recommendation: <br /> <br />The Planning and Zoning Board voted 5-3 in favor of approving the subdivision on its technical merits, <br />however, the Board voted 4-3 to deny the subdivision based on its APFO inadequacies. Attached is a letter <br />appealing the Planning Board's decision.
