Demised Premises; The Demised Premises shall be used exclusively as a water pump booster <br />station. Notice to the City of Concord shall be addressed to W. Brian <br />Ftiatt, City Manager, City of Concord, PO Box 308, Concord, NC 28026-0308. <br /> <br /> 13. Recording: Upon the commencement of'this Lea~e, both Landlord and Tenant shall execute the <br />Memoraad/~m of Lease sufficient to be recorded under the laws of the state of N°rth Carolina attached hereto as <br />Exhibit A. <br /> <br /> 14. Authority: The real property described above has been determined to be unnecessary for public <br />education purposes by the Cabarms County Board of Education and this lease is being executed and entered <br />into pursuant to N.C.G.S. 1.60A-274. <br /> <br /> 15.
