NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Cabarrus County Board of <br />Commissioners urges Governor Michael F. Easley not to withhold the payment of inventory tax <br />reimbursements and the state elderly/disabled property tax exemption reimbursements scheduled <br />for FY 2002; and <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this Resolution be sent to Governor <br />Easley, the local legislative delegation for Caban'us County and the North Carolina Association <br />of County Commissioners. <br /> <br />Adopted this the 18th day of February, 2002. <br /> <br />Robert M.
