After the interviewing process, we asked each firm for a proposal based on our <br />attached specifications. These specifications Consist of the scope, quality, and budget for <br />the auxiliary gyms. <br /> <br />Milligan Architecture, Inc. was selected to be approved by the BOE on February 11, <br />2002 for several reasons: 1) Extensive experience in metal building construction: 2) <br />Various ideas of exterior construction.materials to produce an attractive project..,3) Mr. <br />Milligan can control the design, schedules, and budget due to his personal involvement. <br />4) Mr. Milligan has completed a gym at Harrisburg Presbyterian, and a stand alone gym <br />at Westford United Methodist is in the design phase. 5) Received positive response fi.om <br />other clients. <br /> <br />Don Clickner and I have agreed on the recommendation of Milligan Architecture, Inc. to <br />design the five (5) auxiliary gyms. Any of the architects that were interviewed could <br />have assisted us in the design.
