The majorcomponents of this work will consist of Alternate <br />2 from the base bid, exterior masonry repair as shown on the bid documents, repair to the <br />cornice on the south and west elevations, the entirety of EPDM membrane roof and <br />prefinished metal coping work from the bid documents and repair of the concrete <br />columns in Basement Room #001. Unless modified within this scope, the work herein <br />will be governed by the original bid documents. We include only work described in this <br />scope and work that may be required because of its relation to this work. <br /> <br />Scope of Work <br /> <br />Division 1 - General Conditions <br /> <br />1. Permits for this scope of work. <br />2. Temporary facilities as necessary. <br />3. Supervision and other required labor. <br />4. Continuous and final cleaning with removal of all waste from site. <br />5. Miscellaneous tools and equipment as required. <br />6. Safety considerations for OSHA safe job. <br /> <br />Division 2 - Site Work <br />1. Repair of roof leader drain on the south side of the building. <br />2. Removal and replacement of brick pavers required to repair roof drain. <br /> <br />Division 3 - Concrete <br />1. Concrete placement and finishing related to Stair B and other miscellaneous grouting <br /> and patching as necessary for this scope. <br />2. Repair concrete columns and beam in basement Room 001 as shown on the bid <br /> documents. <br />3. Sand blast south wall of basement Room 001 to prepare wall for future <br /> waterproofing. <br /> <br /> <br />
