Division 4 - Masonry <br /> 1. Repair exterior masonry walls per the bid documents. <br />2. Allowance for additional masonry repair of $20,000.00 is included. Usage of <br /> allowance will be governed by $1.25 per brick unit cost from base bid. <br />3. Infill windows at third floor light well area. <br />4. Miscellaneous infill and repair as required by this scope of work. <br /> <br />Division 5 - Steel <br />1. Demolition of existing fire escape stairs and erection of new stairs per the contract <br /> documents. <br />2. Modifications to Stair B per the base bid. <br /> <br />Division 6 - Wood <br />1. Install wood nailers for new metal coping at parapet areas shown on the bid <br /> documents. <br />2. Frame knee wall as required in Corridor 103 area as a part of Alternate 2 of the base <br /> bid. <br />3. Construct temporary sidewalk cover for work on the south and west elevations of the <br /> building. <br /> <br />Division 7 - Insulation & Waterproof <br />1. Fire stopping shown on bid documents necessary for this scope. <br />2. All EPDM membrane roof and metal coping work as included in base bid. <br />3. Annex roof repair allowance of $3,000.00 include& <br /> <br />Division 8 - Doors & Windows <br />1. Include installation of new hollow metal frames and doors at the following locations: <br /> Stair B X, 200Y and 400Y. <br />2. Include installation of door hardware at the following locations: Stair B X, 200Y, <br /> 300Y, 400Y and 500Y. <br />3. Include a hardware allowance of $5,000.00 including material, tax and delivery. <br /> <br />Division 9 - Finishes <br />1. Include drywall and acoustical ceiling work as required in Alternate 2 of the base bid. <br />2. Include rubber tiles and tread in the new construction at Stair B. <br />3. Plaster repair to the column in Lobby 101. <br />4. Painting to include the following per the bid documents: painting in Lobby 101, <br /> painting included in Altemate 2, painting of the cornice on the south and west <br /> elevations, painting of the exterior masonry walls, painting of structural steel <br /> supporting mechanical equipment at second floor roof and painting of fire escape <br /> doors. <br /> <br /> <br />
