In addition_ all insurance shall be written on a true <br />occurrence basis. <br /> <br />2.1.1 'l The Owner shall communicate with persons or <br />entities employed or retained by the Design/Builder through <br />the Design/Builder, unless otherwise directed by the <br />Design/Builder. <br /> <br />Insert H: 2.1.12 Performance Bond and Payment Bond,_The <br />Desi_an/Builder shall furnish bonds covering_ faithful <br />performance of the contract and payment of obli~tions arising <br />thereunder for the Desi~m~Builder. The Design/Builder's Architect and <br />other providers of professional services shall retain all common <br />law, statutory and other reserved fights, including copyright in <br />those instruments of service furnished by them.
