He said he recently had that same situation and most of it <br />is how it is zoned and that is usually all they are interested in. <br /> <br />Mr. Moore said to Ms. Pavlico that she mentioned the possibility of <br />imposing a condition to limit the use of the barn to no more than <br />three horses. He asked her would she be willing to make that a <br />condition. <br /> <br />Ms. Pavlico said that would be fine.' <br /> <br />There being no further comments IVlr. Drye MOTIONED to approve <br />Variance Application 31(V) with the condition that there be a limit <br />of three horses and that the barn be shed row (22' x 24') wide and <br />the finding of facts as presented, seconded by Mr. Hill. The vote <br />was unanimous. <br />Variance Application 31(V) Approved <br /> <br />Planning Board Functions: <br /> <br />The Chair introduced the second item on the Agenda, Zoning Atlas Amendment <br />Petition C02-02(R): <br /> <br />m <br /> <br />Applicant: Wayne Motley <br />Request: Zoning Atlas Amendment <br /> <br />This was a request to the Cabarrus County Planning and Zoning <br />Commission from Wayne Motley to have his property rezoned from <br />General [ndustrial- Special Use (G[-SU) to Medium Density <br />Residential - Special Use (IVlDR-SU). <br /> <br />The Vice Chair sworn in Mr. Wayne Motley and Mr. Rodger Lentz. <br /> <br />Mr. Rodger Lentz, Planning Manager, addressed the Board <br />presenting Petition C02-02(R) and staffs report stating Mr. Motley <br />would like to down zone the property to Medium Density <br />Residential - Special Use. Originally this property was zoned <br />residential. The petitioner came before this board to have it <br />rezoned to industrial. He said this board denied that petition and it <br />was appealed to the Board of County Commissioners and the Board <br /> <br /> <br />
