All mobile home placements for class II mobile homes shall <br /> be of models no older than ten years from the date of the zoning <br /> permit.~ <br /> 3) No mobile home shall be located less than 20 feet from <br /> another mobile home or mobile home addition or accessory <br /> building. Decks are considered to be a mobile home addition.~ <br /> 4) Every new mobile home park shall be located on a tract of <br /> land not less than four acres in size and shall contain at least 15 <br /> mobile home spaces. <br /> 5) Each mobile home space shall have a minimum width Of 50 <br /> feet at the location of the mobile home. Every home shall be <br /> located on a space with a minimum size of 6,000 square feet, <br /> except when located within a designated watershed. <br /> Exception. A mobile home .space in a designated watershed area <br /> shall be consistent with the watershed overlay district as <br /> referenced in the county zoning ordinance. <br /> 10) Each mobile home space shall be located on ground with an <br /> elevation that is not susceptible to flooding and which is graded <br /> to effect positive drainage and to prevent any water from <br /> ponding in or around the mobile home park. <br /> (11) Each mobile home space shall be graded and graded areas <br /> shall be landscaped to prevent erosion and provide adequate <br /> storm drainage away from the mobile home. <br /> 16) No banks, except along large drainage ditches, in the park <br /> shall have a slope steeper than three feet of length to one foot of <br /> elevation. <br /> 20) All mobile homes, including additions or extensions, <br /> permitted under this article shall be skirted. All skirting shall be <br /> flush with exterior wails and all skirting shall be the same <br /> ,~ mater~al as the mobile home or of brick, stone or masonry <br /> block. Complete skirting around the mobile home w/il be <br /> required except for one major access to the area under the <br /> mobile home and proper ventilation vents. <br /> ~ These items (1, 2, and 3) will be retroactive and affect all <br /> mobile home parks developed after November 30, 1982, upon <br /> ~ssuance of a zoning permit. <br /> <br />H.
