I presented your letter and its proposals to Mr. Frank <br />Clifton, the Cabarrus County Manager. Mr. Clifton has instructed me to prepare a report <br />for him that will include the following information: <br /> <br />1. Costs to the county to continue to work under the proposed conditions set forth by <br /> your letter. <br /> <br />2. Costs to the county to bring the service "in-house" and oPerate it as a county <br /> department. <br /> <br />3. Availability of other private transport companies that may be interested in securing a <br /> Non-Emergency Transport Franchise within Cabarrus County. <br /> <br />My report and the manager's recommendation will be placed on the Board of <br />Commissioners agenda for their next scheduled meeting.
