Parties to the Contract: <br /> <br />This Contract is entered into by and between the North Carolina Department of Health and <br />Human Services, Office of Economic Opportunity, .hereinafter referred to as the "Office", and the <br />Cabarrus County Planning Department, hereinafter referred to as the "Contractor", for the <br />activities specified herein. <br /> <br />2.
