Park Development <br /> <br /> 3.0 Park' Developn~en_t. The County will be authorized to make certain <br />improvements to the Property as necessary 'for development and construction of a <br />public park. Efforts to establish a Park design concept plan and development <br />sehednle will be commenced within three. (3)'months following execution of this <br />agreement. Allowing for community input and interaction among governmental <br />agencies inclusive of permitting requirements, it is expected that the c. oncept plan and <br />development schedule can be completed within twelve (I2) months following the <br />execution of this agreement and the L~mse. As a part of the Park development~ the <br />County shall construct vehicular access from Orphanage Road into the .Park.
