Department of Health and <br />Human Services, Office of Economic Opportunity <br /> <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Fennel, seconded by Commissioner Privette <br />and unanimously carried, the Board approved =he ~Weatherization Assistance <br />Program, CFDA #81.042, and Heating Air Repair and Replacement Program, CFDA <br />#93.568, Contract #0350 between the North Carolina Department of Health and <br />Human Services Office of Economic Opportunity and Cabarrus County Planning <br />Department';' and authorized the Chairman co execute the Contract on behalf of <br />Cabarrus County. <br /> <br /> The reimbursement =o Cabarrus County for provision of services in this <br />con=rat= will non exceed $55,248.00 for =he Weatherization Assistance Program <br />and $14,961.00 for =he Heating Air Repair and Replacement Program. <br /> <br />(E-S) Approval of Inter~urisdiotionel Pretrea~ment Agreement between cabarrus <br />Count~ and the Water and Sewer Authorit~ <br /> <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Fennel, seconded by Commissioner Prive=te <br />and unanimously carried, the Board approved the InterJurisdictional <br />Pretreatment Agreement between Cabarrus County and the Water and Sewer <br />Authority of Cabarrus County for a period ending December 31, 2012 and <br />authorized the County Manager to execute the Agreement on behalf of Cabarrus <br />County. <br /> <br /> (E-6) Budget ~m~ndment - N.
