Sheet <br /> 1. <br /> <br />The General Contractor and subcontractors will warrant all <br />materials and installation under the general construction. <br />Contracted items outside of the general contract are not warranted. <br />The wall eh. closing the Boiler is of 2-hour rated construction as <br />noted on the Architectural drawings. <br />Plumbing and electrical services are as detailed on the referenced <br />drawings. <br />Work included in this proposal is to meet the requirements of the <br />North Carolina Building Code. <br />Temporary utilities will be provided by the General Contractor <br />during the upfit of the Meetings Building. <br />Time is of the essence in completing the Meetings Building upfit. It <br />shall be the responsibility of all contractors to comply with the <br />schedule. <br /> <br />K1.1 <br />All equipment noted on the "Foodservice Equipment Schedule" is to <br />be provided by the Food Equipment Contractor. <br />Electrical, water, waste and gas systems are included in this <br />proposal. Final connection to the equipment is included in this <br />proposal. <br />Exhaust and makeup air is included based on the details provided <br />by the Kitchen Equipment Supplier and the review of the <br />requirements by the Mechanical Engin_eer. <br />Curbs, shafts, enclosures, roof penetrations, fire protection systems <br />for kitchen equipment and rated assemblies are not shown and are <br />not included as a part ofthis proposal. Support of the hood, supply <br />and return ductwork are based on the drawings and discussions of <br />the installation. <br /> <br />K1.2 <br />Floor drains are included as shown on the drawings. Six (6 each) <br />floor drains are included to be located as directed. <br />A 1,500 gallon, traffic rated grease interceptor has been included. <br />A can wash has been included at the rear of the freezer/cooler unit. <br />A second can wash has been included at Item 43-Chemical <br />Cabinet. <br />Plumbing installation is to be coordinated with the building upfit to <br />eliminate the need for retrofit. <br />See attached scope by Joe Small Pluming for plumbing details. <br /> <br />K1.3 <br />Electrical installation shall be as shown on the drawings. <br />See attached scope of work by E.F.
