Wall finishes are to be as noted on the Architectural Finish <br /> Schedule. Decorative wall finish specifications and details were not <br /> provided with the Kitchen Equipment Drawings and the installation <br /> of these items is not included in this proposal. <br /> 12. Fiber reinforced plastic (FRP) wall board has been included for the <br /> Kitchen. FRP is to be Class "C", white. <br /> 13. Lighting is to be suppiied and installed based on the <br /> Architectural/Engineering Drawings. <br /> 14. A safe is not noted on the Fixture Schedule or shown on the <br /> drawings. Installation is not included in this proposal. <br /> 15. Shafts, openings, fire proofing, enclosures, ducts, pads and curbs <br /> not shown or detailed are not included in this proposal. <br /> 16. Exhaust, air makeup, heating and air conditioning is based on the <br /> Mechanical Design drawings. Requirements for Kitchen Equipment <br /> have been reviewed by the Mechanical Engineer and HVAC <br /> equipment and ductwork have been upsized for the added loading. <br /> 17. Air compressor, piping and enclosure are not included. <br /> 18. ' The purchase'and installation of the kitchen equipment is not <br /> included in the scope of work for the General Contractor. Due to <br /> liability insurance requirements, we cannot include unloading of <br /> equipment. The contracting party must maintain responsibility for <br /> the work. <br /> 19. The Kitchen Equipment contractor shall be responsible for all <br /> equipment in their contract including quantities, delivery, unloading, <br /> storing, protecting and installation of all equipment. <br />20. There are no impact doors shown in the documents and none are <br /> included in our proposal. <br />21. The Kitchen Equipment Subcontractor shall be responsible for <br /> coordination of layout drawings and site conditions. <br />22. Wall construction and insulation is detailed on the Architectural <br /> Drawings. <br />23. The General Contractor will provide disposal service for trash and <br /> debris. The Kitchen Equipment subcontractor shall uncrate, unbox <br /> and place all debris in the designated location for disposal. <br />24. The installing, protecting, cleaning, calibrating and training of <br /> owners' designated personnel in the operation of kitchen equipment <br /> is not included in this proposal. <br />25. The Kitchen Equipment subcontractor shall verify the location of all <br /> system rough-in for kitchen equipment connection 'before slab-on- <br /> grade is placed or wall framing is completed. <br />26. 'Permits relating to the installation and operation of kitchen <br /> equipment are not included (health department, etc.).
