Sheet <br /> 1. <br /> <br /> K1.0 <br /> Refrigeration, hoods, fire suppression systems and air make up are <br /> not a part of this proposal except as noted in the scope of work. <br />2. Four (4) roof curbs are not included for fans shown on the <br /> equipment drawings. The referenced "Fixture Curb Plan" was not <br /> included in our documents. No additional floor curbs or roof curbs <br /> are included. <br />3. A "Fixture Refrigeration Plan" was not provided. Reference to work <br /> required by this plan is not included in this proposal. <br />4. Blocking has been included in the Kitchen wall based on previous <br /> experience with Kitchen Equipment installation. No blocking is <br /> shown on the documents. <br />5. Framing for the support of kitchen equipment attached to the roof <br /> structure is not shown. We have made an allowance for supporting <br /> the Kitchen hood. An allowance has also been made to duct the <br /> hood exhaust to the rear exposure of the roof. Added building <br /> loads must be checked with the pre-engineered building design <br /> before installation. <br />6. Platforms, sleepers and other roof construction are not detailed and <br /> are not included in this proposal. These items may be Supplied by <br /> the Kitchen Equipment contractor. <br />7. Cantilever supports for equipment are not detailed or listed. <br /> Installation of these supports is not included. These items may be <br /> supplied by the Kitchen Equipment contractor. <br />8. Toilets accessories are included as called for on the Accessory <br /> Schedule on the Architectural Drawings. <br />9. Hard tile is to be Provided and inStalled as noted on the <br /> Architectural Finish Schedule.
