COMPARISON AND ANALYSZS W[TH EXZST1'NG ORDZNANCE <br /> <br />ARTICLE $ <br /> <br />Purpose: This Section establishes uniform criteria for particular uses which <br />are permitted within one or more of the zoning districts established in Article 4. <br />If the use is listed'as a permitted or conditi6nal use in Article 4, Table 4.6-1 or <br />4.6-2, the additional criteria set forth in this Article must be satisfied before an <br />application for development approval or an application for Conditional Use Permit <br />will be approved or issued.
