access. Projects of less than 2000 trips per day will still be reviewed under the
general standards sections of the' UDO for such things as access, site distance
and driveway requirements.

Example:

A multi-family development of 400 units is-' not currently subject to the APF
standards. The UDO will require that a development of that type be reviewed
under these standards. The projected trips per day for this type development is
3200 per day therefore, the applicant will be required to submit a traffic impact
analysis that includes the classification of the road (or roads) from which the
development will gain access, the existing level' of service of that road, a listing
of any planned improvements to that road, and the projected level of service
after completion of the project. If there is a degradation of level of service
beyond the listed minimum the analysis will also need to include planned
improvements to address road adequacy. Similar reviews will also be made for
water, wastewater, and public schools. :In any case where existing and planned
improvements are still not adequate to meet the demand created by the
development, some proposal must be made to address adeqaucy or the
development either delayed or denied.
