The following comments <br />were noted: <br /> <br />January 11, 2001 -A.M. <br /> <br />Frank began the discussion by summarizing the time line for the project. Phase I of <br />the project will include the Main Arena complex of approximately 160,000 sf, the <br />Exhibit Buildings of approximately 50,000, the Mid-Way, and all necessary site <br />development to support the buildings and provide for a combination of permanent and <br />temporary parking. Phase I must be operational for the Cabarms County Fair <br />scheduled for the first week of September, 2002...NO EXCEPTIONS! <br /> <br />The Main Arena Building should be designed as a multi-use facility that will allow <br />for the hosting of a variety of events.
