The <br />subdivision entrance is in the 100 year flood plain. <br />Recommend the road be extended to Davidson <br />Road on the northern end. <br /> <br />Erosion Control- Thomas Smith: An erosion and <br />sedimentation control plan must be submitted to this <br />office for review and approval prior to any land <br />disturbing activities. <br /> <br />Cabarrus County Schools- Leonard Campbell: <br />At this time school space is inadequate. Planning <br />Staff has reviewed all approved subdivisions in the <br />County, including the municipalities to establish <br />school capacities in 2002 when all new schools will <br />open.
