Several <br />street names will need to be changed for Egll <br />purposes. <br /> <br />Staff Recommendation: <br /> <br />It is recommended that the subdivision be denied on <br />the basis of the adequate public facilities ordinance. <br />If the applicant chooses to advance public facilities, <br />staff recommends a conditional approval. If <br />approved, conditions should include a revised plat <br />with the following information: <br /> <br />1. Make changes per NCDOT letter regarding turn <br /> lanes <br />2.
