On February 23, <br />2000, Concord Engineering and Surveying Company was hired to complete the <br />master site plan, grading plan, storm drainage, erosion control plan, <br />bidding/construction administration, and topographic survey for $49,829.00. <br />Another company was also hired to complete soil boring for a cost approximately <br />$2,400.00. The City of Concord handled the boundaries survey (estimated at <br />$5,900) at no cost to Cabarrus County. With the above expenses, the balance <br />available for general construction of the soccer complex is approximately <br />$250,000. <br /> <br />The following are potential options for this proposed project: <br /> <br />OPTION 1: .. <br />A.
