SECTION XIV: ENTIRE AGREEMENT <br /> <br />This Contract, including the attachments referenced herein being the original proposal <br />from CARE dated April 30, 2001, and any amendments that are annexed hereto, <br />represent the entire agreement between the County and the Provider and supersedes ail <br />prior verbal and written statements or agreements. In the event of conflict between the <br />temps and conditions of this agreement and the above referenced documents, the terms <br />and conditions of this agreement and its amendments shall govern.
