Cabarrus County will administer leave policies, position <br /> classification, and compensation and benefits for employees of the <br /> Cabarrus County Board of Elections. <br />3. The Cabarrus County Board of Elections and the Cabarrus County <br /> Elections Director will observe Cabarrus County's policies and <br /> procedures concerning general e~ployment rules and regulations and <br /> conditions of employment so long as the County's personnel policies do <br /> not conflict with the State's applicable statutes controlling the <br /> <br /> <br />
