Cabarrus County's policies and procedures concerning disciplinary <br /> actions against employees and employee grievances will govern this <br /> aspect of personnel administration; however, any appeals from <br /> employment decisions will be heard and disposed of only by the Cabarrus <br /> County Board of Elections, and there will be no appeal of the decision <br /> of that Board to any County entity. <br />5. This Memorandum of Understanding will be effective when signed by all <br /> parties involved. The funds totaling <br />$55,800.00 were as follows: Weatherization Assistance - $31,200.00 (Paid <br />Labor); $2,000.00 (Other Program Support); $20,000.00 (Materials); $1,800.00 <br />(Administration}; and Training and Technical Assistance - $800.00 (Training: <br />Administrative and Technical).
