The scanning system will
contain a scanner, scanning computer, printer, appropriate compression sotSware for the
scanner and printer, and all necessary networking cards. In addition, a data server will be
included from which access to the public retrieval units is provided.

Logan Systems will provide an interact system that allows access to both your
indexing and imaging data? For security reasons, the system will be maintained
separately from your imaging system. Therefore, this system will consist of a server with

~ It is my understanding that the servers that maintain this data will be located in your office. However, if
you wanted the servers to reside in another part of the county, our system could be set up for that purpose.
