USE ONE OF THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />18. Liability and Standard of Care. CONSULTANT shall perform services for client in <br /> professional manner, using that degree of care and skill ordinarily exercised by <br /> consultants practicing in the same or similar locality as the project. CONSULTANT'S <br /> liability to OWNER for any indemnity commitments, or for any damages arising in any <br /> way out of performance of this contract, is limited to $1,000,000.
