CABARRUS COUNTY <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Meeting Date: September 17, 2001 <br /> <br />Agenda Item <br /> <br />SUBJECT: The City of Locust has recently annexed property within the boundaries <br />of Cabarrus County. The City has requested that the Cabarrus County <br />Development Services Department continue to perform the Building Permitting and <br />Inspection process within their new corporate limits. Attached is a contract that is <br />similar to those the county presently operates under with the other municipalities <br />within Cabarrus County.
