CONTRACT <br /> <br />Cabarrus County <br />Concord, North Carolina <br /> <br />This contract is entered into this 3rd day of August, 2001 the City of Locust and Cabarrus <br />County. <br /> <br />The City Of Locust and Cabarrus County, in consideration of the mutuaI covenants, <br />promises, and agreements herein contained, agree as follows: <br /> <br />Scope of Work: Cabarrus County shall provide Building, Electrical, Fire, <br />Mechanical, and Plumbing Permitting and Inspections as required by the North Carolina <br />State Building Code for the City of Locust for a period from September 17, 2001 to June <br />30, 2006. <br /> <br />Contract Documents: The Contract Documents consist of this signed form and <br />any Exhibits incorporated herein. <br /> <br />Compensation and Method of Payment: Cabarrus County shall provide all services <br />described in the Contract Documents, Cabarrus County shall receive all plan review and <br />permit fees associated with providing such services. The plan review and permit fees <br />will be determined by the Cabarms County Board of County Commissioners.
