<br /> Mr. Blair Bennett, Deputy County Manager for Administration, briefly
<br /> reviewed the budget amendment to carry forward FY 2001 amounts for economic
<br /> development incentives. Incentives will be paid only if the firm qualifies
<br /> under the terms of agreements previously approved by the Board.
<br />
<br /> UPON ~OT!ON of Chairman Fennel, seconded by Vice Chairman Carruth and
<br /> unanimously carried, the Board adopted the following budget amendment.

<br />1. Furnish and install the 38' - O" x 52' - 0" concrete pad with 6" stone
<br /> base shown in 5/A5.
<br />2. Furnish and install the 200' - 0" x 70' - 0" concrete pad shown on
<br /> Civil Drawing 3 of 8.
<br />3. Furnish and install all sections of chain link fencing and gates on
<br /> Civil Drawing 3 of 8.
<br />4. Replace Section of existing 4" sanitary sewer extending under General
<br /> Services Drive. Saw-cut and patch existing asphalt paving. Compact
<br /> subgrade to 100% and 8" ~C stone base to 98% of standard proctor per
<br /> ASTM D-699. Install 3" Of I-2 asphalt for surface finish of patch.
<br />5. Revise Roof Panel Finish from Kynar 500 Fluoropolymer Coating to
<br /> Galvalume.
<br />6. ~urnish and install CECO MAP Roof Plans (or approved equal) with
<br /> Galvalume Finish in lieu of CECO 30" wide standing seam roof panel with
<br /> Kynar Finish.
