Lines of succession for county agencies that support emergency response <br />operations are in accordance with their internal standard operating procedures. <br /> <br /> C. Staffing assignments for positions in the Emergency Operations Center will allow <br />for continuous operations. Selection and assignment of county government personnel will <br />be the responsibility of the agencies represented. Once assigned to the EOC, the <br />Emergency Management Coordinator will supervise these personnel. County and <br />municipal govemment personnel may be assigned to support state and federal agencies <br />during the response, and will be subject to direction from these agencies. <br /> <br /> D. In the event that the primary Emergency Operations Center is not functional, the <br />Emergency Management Coordinator will activate an alternate Emergency Operations <br />Center and notify all agencies of this change. <br /> <br />EOP/ANNEX Q 10 September 2001 <br /> <br /> <br />
