Former communications manager for Legislative <br />Demographic Services - a firm specializing in grassroots communications - where she <br />developed grassroots advocacy materials for large corporations and interest groups. Former <br />regulatory director for a lobbying fim~ that specialized in electric power, water reuse, <br />education and economic development. Received a B.A. in English Literature from the <br />University of Virginia and is a candidate for a Masters in Public Administration from the <br />George Washington University, spring 1999. <br /> <br /> <br />
