Received a B.S. in Finance from the <br />University of North Carolina at Wilmington. <br /> <br />Trent IL Lehman, Senior Associate <br /> <br />Represents the interests of municipal governments with a focus on transportation, budget, <br />defense and immigration. Former legislative assistant to Rep. Thomas Ewing (R-IL) <br />specializing in transportation issues. As senior legislative assistant to former Representative <br />Andrea Seastrand <br />(R-CA) worked on Medicare, immigration, commercial space industry, veterans and <br />education issues. Also served as a Campaign Field Representative in Phoenix, Arizona, for <br />the Republican National Committee. Received a B.A. in Psychology from the University of <br />Texas at Austin. <br /> <br />Elizabeth Ruebman, Associate <br /> <br />Specializes in locating public and private grant opportunities for clients. Works with <br />Congress and the federal agencies to garner support for individual applications and to assist <br />clients with expertise needed to be most successful in grant competitions.' Former <br />communications specialist for Legislative Demographic Services, where she developed and <br />managed advocacy networks for associations, corporations and interest groups through <br />grassroots database management. Former legislative assistant for NOW Legal Defense and <br />Education Fund, where she handled issues related to welfare reform and its impact on women <br />and violence against women. Also worked as a field representative for constituent services <br />for California State Senator TOm Hayden. Received an M.A. in Political Management from <br />The George Washington University and a B.A. in Government (American Government <br />Concentration) f~om Georgetown University. <br /> <br /> <br />
