Our policy does state that the City of Concord will be responsible for the day-lo-day operation and maint~.an~c of its public water and sewer systems, as well as cvaluatlo~ of the need for improvements to thc systems, and the f-~.ding of approved projects '~o benefit thc citizcnz of thc City of Concord and thc customers of the City of Conceal Water and Sewer systems. Developmentdpmject$ will. be allowed to make connection to'City of Concord water and sewer ~nfrastructu~e aad public servioa will be provided to suoh as long as all applicable fees have been paid and the developn~ent~'projects (and any subsequent water and sewer extensioms) are approved and permitted in accordance with Con.c, ord Regional Water Resources Water and Sewer Policy, City of Co, cord Ordinances and Council Actions in effect at the time of service application. Any co~n.ectJorls for extensions or upgrades a* existing points of service for your interest (and other interests in the area) will be maA¢ on a "first come - first serve" basis.
