Page 2 <br /> <br />After evaluating the performance of Bamhardt's Lawn Care over the fall, Cabarms County <br />Parks, Recreation, and Property Maintenance Department would like to recommend that <br />Cabarrus County extend Bamhardt's Lawn Contract until December 31, 2000. Barnhardt's <br />Lawn Care has done an exceptional job in the performance of their duties for Cabarrus County. <br />Due to the extremely low bid by Gilmore Lawn Care, Barnhardt's Lawn Care is not in line with <br />the amount budgeted for mowing in the 1999-2000 Cabarrus County budget.
