4. The general area of this rezoning is changing due to public infrastructure <br /> improvements, and private development. This statement will be supported by <br /> staff testimony, as well as previous actions of the Board of Commissioners, the <br /> Water & Sewer Authority of Cabarrus County, and development approvals for <br /> Skybrook on Harris Road, Highland Creek off Ellenwood and Christenbury <br /> Roads, and the Booe/Untz development off Shiloh Church Road. <br /> <br />I will be presenting this petition to the Board of Commissioners, if there are any <br />questions concerning these items. <br /> <br />® Page 2 ~-I <br /> <br /> <br />
