CHARLESTON ~ CHARLOTTE <br /> <br />6. Conducting an assessment of park operations and maintenance, <br /> cost projections, revenue generation studies or programs and staffing assessments. <br />7. Providing services of professional consultants beyond LS3P staff or consultants listed <br /> herein for the project. <br />8. Making investigations into or securing funding sources. <br />9. Making investigations into or providing appraisal services to determine cost to purchase <br /> property. <br />10. Providing more trips or meetings than specified above. <br />11. Providing site assessment services of environmental conditions. <br />Owner's Responsibilities <br />The Owner shall provide: <br />1. Park facility and school facilities inventory and acreages. <br />2. Inventory of existing private and/or commercial recreation facilities. <br /> 3. Service area and sub-district map and boundaries. <br />4. Population and demographic data for entire service area and sub-districts. <br />5. Copies of previous studies, reports and ordinances pertinent to the preparation of the <br /> plan. <br />6. Other information agreed to by both the Owner and LS3P as necessary for the orderly <br /> progress of the work. <br />7. Information pertaining to existing programs, services and recreation depa,tment <br /> organization. <br />8. Steering Committee to act as Owners representatives and work with LS3P Associates <br /> Ltd. To determine decisions regarding the Master Plan. The Steering Committee <br /> members shall be comprised of representatives from each of the municipalities/agencies <br /> prior to the initial kick-off meeting <br /> Capital Improvement Cost <br />Statements of probable capital improvement costs prepared by LS3P represent their best <br />judgment as a planning professional familiar with the construction development industry. It is <br />recognized that neither LS3P nor the Owner has any control over the cost of labor, materials or <br />equipment. Accordingly, LS3P cannot and does not guarantee statements of probable cost <br />prepared. LS3P will provide methodology and assumptions for the Owner as to how capital <br />improvement costs were achieved. <br />Successors And Assigns <br /> The Owner and LS3P each binds himself, his partners, successors, assigns and legal <br /> representatives to the other party to the Agreement. <br /> <br />VII.
